About the SACAA Internship Programme
The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) is offering a graduate internship opportunity for suitably qualified candidates who wish to gain valuable workplace experience in a professional regulatory environment.
The internship will provide practical exposure to administrative and business support functions while helping graduates develop workplace skills and industry knowledge.
Internship Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Preparing documents and reports
- Collating information for reporting purposes
- Packaging documentation for meetings and departmental engagements
- Circulating departmental information and maintaining records
- Receiving and distributing documentation within the department
- Developing and maintaining filing systems
- Screening, classifying and recording documents
- Coordinating meetings and departmental functions
- Ensuring proper filing and record management
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Administrative Management
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Commerce
- Communication Sciences
- Human Resources Management
- Information Technology
- LLB
- Logistics
- Marketing
- Office Administration / Management
- Organisational Psychology
