How to Submit Your Ekurhuleni West TVET College Online Application

For New Students:
- Placement Test: Complete a compulsory placement screening test before submitting your official application. This test will help you make informed decisions about your course of study.
- Submit Your Application:
- Visit the official Ekurhuleni West College Application portal.
- Select “YES” or “NO” if you have already started an application.
- Read and accept the POPI clause.
- Complete the application by following the prompts.

For Returning Students:

- Grade 12 certificate/Statement of results/Latest school report/DHET certificate
- ID document
- Proof of residence
Additional Requirements for NSFAS Applicants:
If you’re applying for a NSFAS bursary, ensure you upload proof of income and your parents or legal guardians’ IDs.
Courses Offered at Ekurhuleni TVET College
We offer a wide range of courses to cater to diverse interests and career aspirations. Some of the courses available include Engineering, Civil Engineering and Building Construction, Electrical Infrastructure Construction, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Office Administration, Management, Transport and Logistics, Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Hospitality, and more.
Course Structure:
Each semester course spans six months, either from January to June or July to November. Students must select four subjects for each course. Successful completion of N4, N5, and N6 leads to the issuance of a certificate in the specific field of study.
