Position Outputs

• Successfully completing theoretical, practical, and skills assessments.
• Applying acquired skills effectively in the workplace.
• Keeping documentation (e.g., logbooks and training records) up-to-date.
• Ensuring workplace safety per organizational safety policies.
• Meeting personal performance goals (balanced scorecards and KPIs).
• Managing self-performance effectively.
• Providing accurate reports and completing related administrative tasks.
• Maintaining productivity and controlling costs.
• Following safety, risk, and contamination control measures.

Minimum Qualifications Required

1. Educational Requirements:
   • Grade 12/Matric with N3 in Mathematics and Physical Science or Foundational Learning Certificate (FLT).
   • N2 or higher, including:
     • Mathematics
     • Science
     • Trade Theory
     • Technical Drawings
   • NCV4 (National Certificate Vocational, Level 4) in relevant subjects like:
     • Mathematics
     • Physical Science
     • Industrial Science
     • Diesel Trade Theory
     • Technical/Electrical Trade Theory
2. Additional Requirements:
   • Valid Code B Driver’s License (required before taking the trade test).
   • Skills:
     • Analytical ability.
     • Technical/mechanical reasoning.
     • Numerical reasoning.
     • Spatial visualization.
     • Effective verbal and written communication.
