The Millwright Apprenticeship Programme is a full-time, on-site development opportunity designed to equip apprentices with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience.

- Optimising mixing specifications and compounds
- Supporting extrusion and calendaring processes
- Ensuring quality components for tyre assembly
- Reducing waste and scrap in line with operational targets

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science, or
- N2–N6 qualification with four relevant trade theory subjects, or
- Technical Matric with Mathematics, Science, and relevant trade theory, or
- NCV Level 4 Engineering Certificate with seven subjects and relevant trade theory
