Purpose Statement

Manage and ensure Capitec’s compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies through identifying, mitigating, and controlling risks.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in long-term or short-term insurance (including 1 year as a FAIS Representative)
• Client service experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• FAIS Key Individual accreditation and FSCA approval

Ideal Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in insurance with stakeholder engagement
• Postgraduate qualification

• Grade 12 / National Certificate
• 1–2 years in a logistics role

Ideal Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Commerce
