CCMA Part-Time Interpreter Vacancies 2026

The CCMA is seeking the services of three Part-Time Interpreters who will be appointed as independent contractors in the North West Province.

These positions are available at the following CCMA offices:

  • Rustenburg Office: One position

Purpose of the Position

The successful candidates will assist CCMA Commissioners and other CCMA structures by providing professional interpretation services.

The interpreters will help facilitate communication during CCMA proceedings and contribute towards the successful resolution of workplace disputes and other CCMA activities.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing verbal interpretation during CCMA hearings.
  • Supporting Commissioners and participants during proceedings.
  • Performing administrative support duties.
  • Ensuring accurate communication between all parties involved in hearings.
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality during CCMA proceedings.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
  • A relevant NQF Level 5 qualification in Communication, Languages or a related field.
  • Between one and three years of relevant working experience as an interpreter.
  • The ability to speak, read and write at least three South African languages.
