About the Programme
CEF SOC is a state-owned diversified energy company reporting to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy. The In-Service Training Programme provides workplace exposure and practical experience for students who have completed their N6 Certificate theoretical studies and require in-service training to graduate.
Fields of Study
Applicants must have completed an N6 Certificate in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Public Administration
- Business Management
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- Financial Management
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate and N6 qualification in the listed fields.
- A letter from the institution confirming completion of theoretical studies and the requirement for in-service training.
- Age between 16–25.
- South African citizenship.
- Must not be enrolled in another in-service training or internship programme.
