Learnership Overview
This 12-month learnership programme is designed to provide structured workplace learning in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on visual merchandising and customer service.
Learners will gain practical skills in retail execution, product display, and customer engagement while working closely with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Merchandising
- Execute daily store visits according to planned schedules
- Implement merchandising standards and product displays
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and quality
- Conduct stock rotation and maintain brand standards
- Complete iRED surveys and meet execution targets
Customer Support
- Assist customers with ordering via the MyCCBA platform
- Support promotional activities and campaigns
- Engage with customers to understand preferences and behaviours
Team Collaboration
- Work with Sales Team Members on daily activities
- Receive guidance and feedback from Account Developers
- Provide support where needed as directed by management
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with:
- Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English and a second language (minimum 40%)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must be aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must not be studying or part of another learnership
- Must not have completed the same qualification before
- Must have no criminal or adverse credit record
- Must be available to work six days a week
