Coca-Cola invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2024.
Learnership Application Closing Date: 22 April 2024
Learnership Location: South Africa
Successful will candidates will enter into a fixed term contract with CCBSA Manufacturing, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and theoretical learning, culminating in a national qualification.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed
- Aged between 18 and 35
- No criminal record or a negative credit record
- Candidates must not be enrolled in any formal full time studies
- Candidates must be willing to commit for 12 months ,
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organisation
The following Learnership Opportunities are open for applications:
Packaging Learnership
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (NOT Mathematics Literacy) and physical sciences passed with 40%
- Two South African Languages passed with 40%
Sales Learnership
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
- Two South African Languages passed with 40%
- Diploma/Degree advantageous
Warehouse Learnership
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
- Two South African Languages passed with 40%
Skills and Competencies:
- Self-motivated, Organised, Results Driven ,
- Attention to detail,
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to work in a flexible working environment (includes week-ends and public holidays) ,
- Ability to work in a pressurised working environment ,
- Candidate must be willing to attend classes weekdays, and Saturdays if required
