Programme Overview
The Coronation Client Excellence Graduate Programme offers you the chance to start your career with purpose, learning, and professional growth.
During the 23-month contract, graduates will be placed in either the Client Services or Validations team, where they will receive:

Placement Areas
1. Client Services
The Client Services team is the voice and heart of Coronation’s personal investments business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, emails, and walk-in queries
- Handle unit trust, retirement, and life product enquiries
- Provide investment information to clients and advisers
- Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and data standards
- Meet service level targets and resolve client queries
2. Validations
The Validations team safeguards client data and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate retirement and unit trust transactions
- Process adviser applications and licensing checks
- Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and Regulation 28
- Process investments accurately and on time
- Maintain digital client records and update data systems
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Science, Economics, Law, Investment Management, or other commerce-related fields
- Experience: No prior work experience required (graduates only)
