Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- An undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 6 recognised by SAQA in one of the following:
- Public Management
- Public Administration
- Operations Management
- Business Management
- Administration
- Law
- Social Science
- 1 year experience in operations, client service or customer service environment
- A valid driverโs licence

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Supervise daily civic services operations
- Ensure effective service delivery
- Produce quality reports on turnaround times and error rates
- Implement quality assurance measures
- Safeguard records and documentation
- Allocate and monitor staff work performance
- Perform end-of-day duties and reporting
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supervise ID smart card applications and birth registrations
- Manage travel and citizenship document services
- Ensure effective management of resources within the unit

- Fully completed new Z83 form
