Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • No experience required (0–6 months accepted)
  • Knowledge of UIF Act, Contributions Act, Employment Services Act, PFMA, POPIA, Labour Legislation
  • Skills: Customer service, time management, telephone etiquette, interpretation of legislation, conflict management

Duties Include

  • Provide front desk and screening services
  • Process UIF benefit applications
  • Register payment continuation forms
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Conduct employment registration and referrals via ESSA system
  • Participate in advocacy and awareness programmes
