The Department of Employment and Labour is recruiting for 139 contract positions under Labour Activation Programmes within the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF).
These roles are part of a 3-year contract aimed at strengthening employment programmes, enterprise development, and job preservation initiatives across South Africa.
Assistant Director: Labour Activation Programmes (X70 Posts)
Salary: R468 459 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits

- 2 years at Supervisory level

- Coordinate labour activation programmes (TERS, Business Recovery, Employability)
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and awareness campaigns

Senior Practitioner: Labour Activation Programmes (X69 Posts)
Salary: R397 116 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
