Who Should Apply?
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Must be between 18 and 25 years old
- Must have recently completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Must have a post-Matric qualification such as a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
- Must have no prior work experience
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have good numerical ability
- Must have intermediate computer and MS Office skills
- Must be eager to learn, grow and contribute
- Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme
