This programme starting 01 July 2023 is aimed at graduates who areare passionate about how technology can transform business and have a tertiary education with a development focus. Interest, curiosity and/or knowledge of Process Engineering, Application Development, Chatbot Development and Report Development in a business context is beneficial in this role.

Requirements for application:

1. South African citizen
2. Under the age of 25
3. Tertiary education – minimum 3-year diploma or degree that includes the following:
4. Object Oriented Programming
5. Database design
6. Data Integrity
7. Coding in languages such as C#, C++, Java, Python, etc.
8. Good coverage of the overall Software Development Life Cycle
9. Introductory experience with documenting solutions
10. Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
11. Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/tools
12. Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude
13. A logical approach to problem solving
