Human Resources Internship (6 months)
Qualifications, Skills/ Experience and Competencies
- National Diploma Human Resources Management or Public Management, Industrial Psychology or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Public Management, Industrial Psychology or related field will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with recruitment online portals
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Good understanding of training and development
- Good understanding of performance management
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
Investment Intern (2 years contract)
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS/EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCTIES
- A minimum of a BCom Degree or BTech in Business Management and/or Administration equal to NQF level 7 or higher.
- Project Management Certification an added advantage
- Ability to take accurate notes and minutes.
- Ability to implement task as per stated requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date project files.
- Problem solving and analysis skills and an ability to operate independently
- Computer literacy and excellent writing abilities in English.
- Proven ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good writing and research skills
- High computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to internalise and apply learning and experience.
- Willingness and openness to learn from mistakes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
- Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
