Fidelity Services Group Graduate Programme 2026
Fidelity Services Group, Southern Africa’s largest integrated security solutions provider, has officially opened applications for its Graduate Programme 2026. This 18-month contract programme is designed to equip graduates with practical workplace exposure, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of operations within a large corporate environment.
The programme is based in Johannesburg, and applicants must either reside in Gauteng or be willing to relocate at their own cost.

What Is the Graduate Programme?
The Fidelity Graduate Programme is a structured development journey aimed at preparing graduates for leadership and specialist roles within the organisation. Graduates will gain exposure to multiple business units and core operational areas, helping them develop work readiness, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
Participants will rotate through different functional areas and gain insight into how Fidelity delivers high-quality security services while remaining compliant, competitive, and customer-focused.
Programme Exposure Areas
Graduates will be exposed to key business concepts, including:
- Management and control of organisational resources
- Implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures
- Operational efficiency and service delivery
- Compliance with legislation and industry best practices
- Customer and stakeholder management
- Financial processes and cost optimisation
Programme Objectives
- Provide graduates with an accelerated development opportunity
- Build a talent pipeline for key roles within Fidelity Services Group
Expected Graduate Outcomes
By the end of the programme, graduates will be able to:
- Lead teams and manage self and others
- Understand business operations through tools such as SWOT analysis
- Identify productivity, quality, and cost-improvement opportunities
- Understand financial planning and reporting cycles
- Contribute to customer and stakeholder satisfaction
- Understand sales cycles, contracts, and operational efficiencies
- Promote a zero-harm culture in line with OH&S and COIDA
- Understand and comply with key legislation (BCEA, PSIRA Act, POPIA, Firearms Control Act, etc.)
- Register with PSIRA during the programme
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Fidelity Services Group employee (internal preference applies)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with Fidelity’s business
- Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
- 0–1 years working experience
- Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Clear criminal record
- Fully computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Willingness to job rotate and travel when required
