About the FNB PB&A Graduate Programme 2026
The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is a prestigious contract-based initiative designed for top graduates in finance and investment who aspire to become elite Private Advisors.
The programme provides practical exposure to:
- Wealth management
- Financial planning
- Investment strategies
Graduates will attend meetings, shadow senior staff, and conduct research for reports, gaining real-world banking and advisory experience.
Upon successful completion, high-performing candidates will be considered for permanent employment within FNB.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A completed FAIS-accredited NQF Level 7 undergraduate or NQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification in one of the following fields:
- BCom Investments
- Financial Planning
- Estate Planning
- Financial Management
- Accounting
- Economics
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must undergo a credit record check (as per the National Credit Act).
- Only graduates residing in or near Sandton will be considered.
