The Private Banking Academy Program, is designed for top graduates in finance and investment who aspire to become elite Private Advisors. This exclusive, contract-based program offers hands-on training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, providing you with the skills and knowledge required to serve high-net-worth individuals.
 

Upon completion, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, with the top achievers being offered a permanent position within the bank, paving the way for a successful career in private banking.

Requirements:

• Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in: 

1. BCom Investments,
2. Financial Planning,
3. Estate Planning,
4. Financial Management,
5. Accounting
6. or Economics

• Qualification completed at the following list of institutions:

1. University of Pretoria
2. University of the Witwatersrand
3. University of Johannesburg

• Only Gauteng based candidates will be considered
