This six-month programme provides learners with practical experience and training across multiple engineering disciplines.

About the Programme
The Ford Experiential Trainee Programme is a highly successful initiative aimed at providing students with an invaluable opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real industry settings. Participants will undergo structured training aligned to their university logbook and a prescribed FMCSA training schedule, ensuring competence and qualifications upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete an approved training programme as per university requirements.
- Follow FMCSA’s prescribed training schedule.
- Participate in rotating shifts to meet training requirements.
- Develop analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills through hands-on exposure.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed S1–S5 modules with a 65% pass rate or higher.
- Full academic record required.
- Relevant field of study:
- Industrial Engineering (x6 positions)
- Electrical Engineering (x6 positions)
- Mechanical Engineering (x6 positions)
