Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following pathways:
Option 1
- Grade 12 with English, Mathematics, and Physical Science
Option 2
- Technical Grade 12
Option 3
- Grade 10 with Full N2 (four relevant engineering subjects including trade theory and mathematics)
- Millwright applicants must include fitting and electrical trade theory
Option 4
- National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Level 3 with Mathematics and relevant technical subjects
Selection Criteria
Applicants must:
- Pass an aptitude or psychometric assessment
- Complete a formal interview process
- Be medically fit for underground work
