Gold Circle (Pty) Ltd extends an invitation to unemployed individuals interested in applying for a Contact Centre Learnership Programme funded by CATHSSETA.
We seek to engage 10 dynamic, vibrant, and ambitious individuals to participate in a 12-month Contact Centre Operations Learnership Programme. This initiative is tailored to meet the needs of candidates aspiring to excel in the Contact Centre Operations environment as their chosen career path.
The primary objective of the learnership is to equip young, unemployed individuals with call centre skills, experience, and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service. The programme combines practical and theoretical components, incorporating both structured call centre workplace experience and formal learning with an accredited training provider. Successful completion of the programme leads to a SAQA-accredited qualification (FET: Contact Centre Operations NQF Level 4)
After successful completion of the learnership, the learners would be equipped with the following competencies:
- Understanding and implementing service levels and their monitoring in contact centres
- Monitoring and controlling contact centre support staff and their achievement of targets and standards
- Applying specific contact centre sales knowledge and skills to create and meet sales targets and requirements
- Identifying specific contact centre customers
- Coaching others in contact centre operations
- Analyzing and utilizing contact centre statistical data
What to expect from the programme:
- Fixed-term employment with Gold Circle for 12 months
- Monthly Stipend
- Classroom training
- Practical Call Centre environment workplace experience
- SAQA Accredited qualification
- Mentoring / Coaching
Applicant Requirements:
- South African citizen in possession of a valid SA ID
- Ages between 18 and 34 (Youth) with no criminal record
- Grade 12 certificate
- Currently unemployed and not studying full-time
- Currently not participating in any other learnership program
- Commitment to the learnership program for the duration of 12 months
- Passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English
- Ability to complete formative and summative assessments after each module, which form the Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
