Programme Structure
The Global Graduate Programme follows a structured development journey consisting of multiple rotations over a three-year period.
Rotation 1
Graduates will begin their journey within HEINEKEN South Africa in either:
- Stellenbosch
- Durbanville
- Sandton
During this phase, participants will gain a solid foundation within their chosen function while learning about the company’s operations, culture, and strategy.
Rotation 2
Graduates will continue within South Africa while undertaking a cross-functional assignment.
This rotation aims to:
- Broaden business understanding

- Build a wider perspective of the organisation
Rotation 3
Graduates will participate in an international assignment designed to:
- Strengthen global business exposure

A completed Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
