Programme Overview
The Hesto Harnesses Graduate Programme is a structured 24-month training initiative designed to equip newly qualified graduates with practical workplace experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Participants will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure through departmental rotations, performance assessments, and process improvement projects.
Available Programmes
1. Graduate in Training: Organisational Design & Development
This programme focuses on Human Resources and organisational development.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Human Resources Management or
- Bachelor of Human Resources Management (Essential)
- Bachelor of Human Resources Development (Advantage)
- Minimum 60% average
- Completed qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HR-related duties in the Organisational Design & Development department
- Participate in performance reviews and assessments
- Support administrative and organisational improvement initiatives
2. Engineer in Training
This programme focuses on Engineering and technical development within the automotive sector.
Minimum Requirements:
- BEng or BSc Engineering in Industrial Engineering (Essential)
- Minimum 60% average
- Completed qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering duties within the Engineering Department
- Participate in performance assessments
- Assist with process improvements and technical projects
General Requirements (Both Programmes)
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a minimum average of 60%
- Have completed the relevant qualification
- Have no outstanding tuition fees
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Submit academic transcripts/statement of results
- Have no previous internship or graduate programme experience
- Have a clean criminal record
