The Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority is offering 24-month paid internships based in Johannesburg, aimed at unemployed graduates who want to strengthen their employability through hands-on professional exposure.

These internships form part of HWSETA’s mandate to build skills, improve service delivery, and support youth development within South Africa’s health and social development sectors.

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:

SDP: Projects Intern

Qualification required:

  • BCom Degree in:
    • Project Management

    • Financial Management

Learning Programme Intern

Qualification required:

  • Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Project Management
    • Financial Management

Finance Intern

Qualification required:

  • BCom Degree in:
    • Accounting
    • Finance

Systems Intern

Qualification required:

  • BSc in Computer Science or
  • Degree in Information Technology or
  • Any IT-related qualification

IT Intern

Qualification required:

  • BSc Computer Science or
  • BTech in IT / Information Systems
