The HWSETA Internship Programme is a 24-month programme designed to provide graduates with practical experience in the health and welfare sector.
This internship focuses on administrative support and public sector operations, helping candidates develop skills aligned with national development goals.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Public Administration
- Public Management
- Governance and Development Studies
- Business Management
- Human Resources Management and Development
- Political Science
- Public Policy
Note: A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
