About the Sales Trainee Programme
The Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme is designed to develop future sales professionals by exposing them to the full automotive retail environment. Trainees will work closely with experienced Sales Executives, gain in-depth vehicle product knowledge, and learn effective sales and customer engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Participate fully in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme
- Learn vehicle product knowledge and automotive sales techniques
- Support Sales Executives with customer interactions and sales processes
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Maintain showroom standards and uphold the Hyundai brand image
- Build strong customer relationships and meet training objectives
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong interest in a career in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven
- Professional attitude and presentation
Advantageous (but not required):
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
