Role Overview
As a Financial Assessor, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients who reach out for financial assistance. You will:
- Contact clients who have enquired about IDM’s services.
- Gather and assess client financial information.
- Educate clients on available solutions.
- Manage engagements via calls and digital platforms.
- Provide excellent service and transfer clients to the Financial Consulting team for further assessment.
This is an entry-level graduate role with a clear path for top performers to grow into the Financial Consultant role within 6–12 months.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales (advantageous).
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
