Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science
or - N2 / N3 qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 35 years of age or younger
- Electrical Trade Test qualification (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office)
- Basic understanding of customer relations and interaction
- Good communication skills and performance-driven attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Skills and Abilities Required
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong technical, mechanical, and analytical skills
- Leadership and relationship-building ability
- High attention to detail and bias for action
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to:
- Stand, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
- Lift and move up to 15 kg
