KwaZulu-Natal Community Education and Training (CET) College invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Graduate Internship Programme 2025/2026.

Internship Overview
Supported by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), this internship programme aims to provide graduates with practical workplace exposure while equipping them with essential skills to thrive in the public sector. Successful applicants will receive a stipend of R6,000 per month for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The programme is open to graduates with an NQF Level 7 qualification who have never participated in a SETA-funded internship before.

- Administer Performance Management & Development Systems (PMDS)
- Capture PMDS & IQMS on PERSAL
- Assist with leave, pension, and HR filing

Business Management/Administration (Ref: BM/02/2025)
- Register and process applications
- Prepare evaluation certificates and reports
- Liaise with stakeholders and manage meetings

Marketing (Ref: MA/03/2025)
- Plan and manage publicity material and campaigns
- Maintain the college brand at events
- Prepare reports and feedback

- Manage correspondence and event bookings
- Provide administrative support for the Chief Directorate
- Compile reports and secretarial duties

- Implement Risk Management Plans
- Conduct compliance monitoring and follow-ups
- Provide audit committee secretariat support

- Link classroom content to community issues
- Participate in outreach campaigns

- Compile and manage budgets
- Respond to audit queries and verify payments
- Manage requisitions, quotations, and finance meetings
Qualification: BCom in Finance / Advanced Diploma in Cost Management & Accounting / Financial Management
Information Technology (Ref: IT/09/2025)
- Provide IT and desktop support
- Assist with ICT audits and risk management
- Maintain web pages and develop applications
Qualification: Advanced Diploma/Degree in Information Technology
Labour Relations (Ref: LR/10/2025)
- Prepare misconduct and grievance notices
- Support hearings and disciplinary procedures
- Draft reports and track grievance progress
Qualification: Degree in Labour Relations / Industrial Psychology / Labour Law
