The Kwazulu-Natal Department of Sport, Arts and Culture invites unemployed graduates to apply for Graduate Internship Programme 2023.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (INTERNSHIP) 2023/2025

The Kwazulu-Natal Department of Sport, Arts and Culture hereby invites applications for internship opportunities that currently exist within the Department. Applications are invited from unemployed graduated youth residing in the Province between 18 – 35 years of age with relevant Degree / Three Year National Diploma qualifications. Successful applicants will be expected to enter into a 24-months contract and receive a Stipend of R6360.20 per month. Applicants must not have been exposed to work experience in the area of study or have participated in an internship programme in a Government Department.

In line with National Skills Development Strategy III and the Departmental Annual Human Resource Development Plan, applicants from designated groups and areas are encouraged to apply:

Note: Only Graduates who have not previously taken part in any internship programme are invited to apply.

Applications must be submitted on a Z83 Form (2021 version), obtainable from the website of the Department of Public Service and Administration at www.dpsa.gov.za/dpsa2g/vacancies.asp or any Public Service Department and should be accompanied by recently updated comprehensive CV detailing the modules covered by the qualification and proof of residential address only. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit relevant documents on or before the day of the interview. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered. Should you be in possession of a foreign qualification, and you are shortlisted for a position, you will be required to
submit an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) indicating the NQF level of the qualification. Failure to submit a fully completed signed Z83 and an updated CV will result in your application not being considered.
