About the Work Integrated Learning Opportunity 2026
Lephalale TVET College is offering a Work Integrated Learning opportunity for 2026 intake. This programme is aimed at unemployed N6 graduates who need workplace exposure to complete their qualifications and improve their employability.
The opportunity is suitable for candidates who are committed to completing the full duration of the programme and who have not previously participated in an internship, learnership, or WIL programme.
Fields of Study
Applicants must hold an N6 qualification in one of the following fields:
- Management Assistant
- Marketing Management
- Business Management
- Human Resources Management
- Information Technology
- Financial Management
- Hospitality and Catering Services
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must hold an N6 qualification in one of the listed fields
- Must have N4, N5 and N6 certificates for the relevant qualification
- Must be unemployed and not currently participating in any learnership, internship, or WIL programme
- Must not have participated in any internship or WIL programme before
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be willing to commit to the full duration of the programme

- Recently certified copies of Matric or Level 4, N4, N5 and N6 certificates
- In-Service Letter from College
- Proof of Residence
