Magareng Municipality invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for Finance Internship Programme 2024.

Do you have a passion for finance and a desire to gain valuable work experience? The Magareng Local Municipality is offering a two-year internship program for recent graduates with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Economics, Internal Audit, or Financial Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, Internal Audit, or Financial Management (completed within the past three years)
- Prior experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management (advantageous)
- Unemployed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Chief Finance Officer
- Assist with implementing the National Treasury Budget Reform Programme or Municipal Budget
- Develop statistical reporting modules and electronically capture data for all financial management sections
- Performance Evaluation
- Performance will be regularly monitored and assessed by the Chief Finance Officer.

Selection Process

- No response within three months of the closing date indicates an unsuccessful application.
