- Grade 12 with University Exemption Pass
- Minimum Grade 12 “C” symbol in:

- South African ID
- Matric certificate
- Full academic record (if already studying)
- Proof of acceptance or registration from a recognised university

- Proof that you are medically fit to obtain one
