Learners may be required to:
- Complete all theoretical learning.
- Complete administrative and reporting duties on time.
- Collate documents.
- Compile documents.
- Distribute documents according to required standards.
- Attend to client queries professionally.
- Support delivery of a positive client experience.
- Assist with meeting client service-level agreements.
- Screen and route queries to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist with resolving client queries.
- Maintain appropriate office housekeeping standards.
