Mogale Tailings Retreatment (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Pan African Resources, is offering exciting Engineering Learnership opportunities to unemployed youth—preferably from the Mogale City Local Municipality—who wish to obtain a recognised Red Seal Trade Qualification. These learnerships include both theoretical and practical training to help young people kick-start professional careers in engineering.
This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals committed to learning, self-development, and building strong technical skills within a mining environment.

- Fitter (18.2 Learnership) x3
- Electrician
- Boilermaker
- Bricklayer
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have one of the following:
- Grade 12, or
- N3 with Trade Theory (relevant engineering field)
Requirements & Competencies
- No experience required
- No criminal record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good timekeeping
- Strong motivation to learn
- Commitment to self-training and development
Learnership Key Performance Areas
Learners will be required to:
- Attend theoretical classes as scheduled
- Perform practical training tasks
- Adhere to company rules and regulations at all times
