Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all the following:
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–30 years
- Unemployed and available for the full 12 months
- Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- Mathematics 40% OR Mathematical Literacy 60%
- English 50% + another SA language 50%
- Not studying (part-time or full-time) during the learnership
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously
- Able to commute to the workplace independently

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Contact Centre Learner, you will:
- Attend classroom training and workplace learning sessions
- Learn Momentum Health products, systems, and processes
- Complete logbooks and a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA
- Participate in assessments and evaluations
- Demonstrate professionalism and Momentum Group values
- Prepare for and pass the EISA exam
- Deliver client-centric service in a fast-paced environment
