Momentum Insure invites young South Africans to apply for the Short-Term Insurance Learnership 2026 in partnership with Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA).

Learnership Location: Sandton and Centurion, Gauteng
Programme Duration: 26 March 2026 – 31 March 2027
Qualification Awarded: FETC: Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4)
Stipend: Fixed monthly stipend
About the Learnership
The Short-Term Insurance Learnership Programme provides unemployed youth with practical workplace experience in the insurance industry.
Successful participants will:
- Gain hands-on industry experience
- Develop professional and technical skills
- Complete a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification
- Receive a fixed monthly stipend
- Work partly remotely (some of the time)
This programme is ideal for young people interested in building a career in short-term insurance.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be aged between 18 and 25 years
- Be able to speak, read and write English
- Have passed Matric (minimum 50% for English; Mathematics is advantageous)
- Be computer literate
- Be currently unemployed and have no work experience
- Not be studying or hold any post-Matric qualification
- Not be registered for another learnership
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Attach certified copy of ID
- Attach Matric certificate or preliminary results
