About the YES Learnership
As part of its Youth Development Strategy, Momentum Investments has partnered with the Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme to empower young South Africans with valuable skills and workplace experience. Successful candidates will gain exposure to multiple departments, including:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Marketing
- Operations
- Client Services
- Information Technology
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–25
- Be unemployed at the time of application
- Have not previously participated in the YES Programme
- Hold a relevant qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) in one of the following fields:
- Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit
- IT, Information Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence
- AI, Python, SQL, Project Management
- Investment Management
- LLB (Law)
- Learning & Development, Skills Development, HR, Industrial Psychology
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
