Motus Corporation, through its Hyundai SA division, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Stock Controller Intern in the Gauteng East Region. This internship is designed for candidates who want to gain practical experience in vehicle stock administration, dealership operations, and financial processes within the automotive industry.

Stock Controller Internship Overview
The Stock Controller Intern will assist the Finance, Workshop, and Sales departments with the management and control of dealership vehicle stock.
The role focuses on ensuring accurate tracking of vehicles within the dealership system, assisting with vehicle documentation, and supporting stock reconciliation processes.
This internship provides exposure to real-world dealership operations and helps build experience in automotive administration and inventory management.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Stock Controller Intern, you will:
- Maintain accurate records of new and used vehicle stock on the dealership management system
- Conduct regular vehicle stock counts and reconcile physical vehicles with system records
- Monitor vehicle stock movements including vehicles received, sold, or transferred
- Report discrepancies between physical stock and system records to the Accountant
- Assist with recording stock movements from manufacturers or between dealerships
- Maintain proper documentation for vehicles in stock
- Provide support to technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff
- Assist the Finance Department with administrative tasks related to vehicle inventory
- Ensure dealership governance and compliance procedures are followed

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Motus Corporation Stock Controller Internship, applicants must have:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma or Certificate in:

- Supply Chain
- Logistics
- 0–1 year experience in administration, finance support, or stock control (advantageous)
Required Knowledge and Skills
