Mpumalanga Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land & Environmental Affairs invites unemployed South African agricultural graduates to apply for the Agricultural Graduate Programme 2025/2026.

The Mpumalanga Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs (DARDLEA) is calling on unemployed South African agricultural graduates to apply for its 24-month Graduate Placement Programme for 2025/2026. This initiative aims to provide practical workplace exposure to graduates in various agricultural fields across Mpumalanga municipalities.
Applicants must not have participated in any previous internship or development programme. Preference will be given to youth, women, and persons with disabilities to promote representativity.
Available Posts and Requirements
All positions offer R94 326 per annum and require one of the following:
- National Diploma in Crop Production
- National Diploma in Animal Production
- National Diploma in Animal/Crop Production (Mixed Farming)
- National Diploma in Horticulture

General Requirements

- In possession of a relevant National Diploma
- Not previously employed in any internship or graduate programme
