Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust invites unemployed graduates to apply for Graduate / Internship Programme 2021 / 2022.

Internship Location: Mbombela, South Africa

The Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust is an accredited training provider in the Province. Its mandate is to develop the Human Resources base of the Mpumalanga Province through the provision of experiential, technical, hospitality and tourism, entrepreneurship and life skills training. Applications are invited from suitable and qualified candidates for the below Internship positions:

Stipend: R5 500.00

The follwing Internship opportunities are open for applications:

Professional Cookery (Chef Internship)

Location:Nanyamazane MRTT Hotel – Mbombela

Requirements: 

  1. Grade 10, Qualification in Professional Cookery Certificate (SAQA aligned)

Housekeepers Interns

Location: Nanyamazane MRTT Hotel – Mbombela

Requirements: 

  1. Accommodation Service certificate
  2. Hotel Housekeeping Course
  3. Hygiene and Cleaning Certificate

Competencies:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Microsoft Offi ce
  • Practice safe working ethics
  • Report writing
  • Organising and Planning skills
  • Knowledge of basic food production and cooking methods
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Team player
