Qualifications Required:
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of a 1-year diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or operational support role, preferably in customer service & operations.
- Advantage: A proven track record of meeting First Call Resolution (FCR) requirements in a customer service environment.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Sales techniques
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with relevant policies and procedures
