National Credit Regulator (NCR) invites unemployed graduates to apply for Complaints Internship Programme 2023 / 2024

Internship Location: Midrand, Gauteng
Intern Position: Complaints Department
Stipend: R5,391 per month
Requirements:
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Legal, Finance, Office Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- No prior participation in an internship.
- Debt counselling certificate (an added advantage).
- No prior experience required.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Complaints department.
- Assist and interact with consumers in-person and via email to resolve inquiries.
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to complaints management.
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Strong team player.
- Attention to detail.
