Nkangala TVET College invites unemployed youth to apply for the Plant Production NQF Level 4 Learnership Programme 2026.

Nkangala TVET College, in partnership with AgriSETA, is inviting applications from unemployed youth who want to kick-start their careers in agriculture through the Plant Production NQF Level 4 Learnership Programme.

This opportunity is aimed at young people who are passionate about agriculture and willing to participate in both theoretical and practical training.

About Nkangala TVET College Plant Production Learnership 2026

The Plant Production Learnership Programme is designed to help unemployed youth gain agricultural skills, practical workplace exposure and structured learning in plant production.

The programme gives learners an opportunity to grow their future in the agricultural sector while gaining knowledge that can support future employment or further training opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Be unemployed.

Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

Have a Grade 10 certificate.

Be willing to participate fully in both theoretical and practical training.

Comprehensive CV.

Certified copy of ID document.

Certified copy of Grade 10 certificate.

Proof of residence from the Councillor.
