About the Position
The Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at North-West University (Vanderbijlpark Campus) is offering a 2-year fixed-term post-doctoral fellowship within the bhive Enterprise Development Centre (EDC).
This role focuses on advancing research in entrepreneurship while contributing to academic and practical business development initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead innovative research projects
- Publish in high-impact, DHET-accredited journals
- Present research at conferences
- Collaborate with academic and industry partners
- Mentor postgraduate students
- Contribute through lectures, workshops, and supervision
Minimum Requirements
- PhD in:
- Business Management
- Entrepreneurship
(Must be obtained within the last 5 years)
- Proven research publication record in accredited journals
- Strong quantitative research skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
