Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will assist with specific operational functions while learning and developing within the allocated area of work.
The role includes validating information, supporting relevant interventions and contributing to effective service delivery under supervision.
Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for duties in the following areas:
Process
- Assist in performing operational functions in the area of responsibility
- Update information on systems where necessary
- Communicate transactional outputs and queries according to policies and quality requirements
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standards, procedures and processes
- Support the implementation of change initiatives
- Deliver on contracted performance objectives
- Escalate unresolved delivery and quality issues to management and process owners
- Use knowledge and experience to identify solutions that improve service delivery and quality
- Plan and schedule own activities to improve quality and service delivery
- Follow the learner activity manual for the division or business unit
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines
- Take accountability for delivery of contracted work outputs within agreed parameters, quality standards and targets
