About the Learnership
Old Mutual’s Learnership Programme offers young South Africans an opportunity to be part of a real African success story. The programme equips learners with practical workplace experience, insurance-related knowledge, and customer service training—all while writing Africa’s story together.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Have a valid Matric certificate with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Be currently unemployed and not studying
- Be credit and criminal clear
- Have English as a language
- Possess a certified ID copy and certified Matric certificate

- Certified Matric Certificate (with Maths or Maths Literacy)
- Certified copy of ID
- Full academic transcript
- Confirmation of being credit clear and criminal clear
