Key Duties & Responsibilities

To assist the HR Practitioners/Payroll Supervisor as directed by the HR Manager with the day to day running of the HR department focusing on: โ€ข Labour relations processes and procedures โ€ข To execute the recruitment, selection and assessment process โ€ข To assist with ad hoc tasks relating to remuneration and Payroll โ€ข Organisational structure maintenance โ€ข Employment equity and general HR administration โ€ข The execution of legislative reporting โ€ข Responsible for the capturing, updating and reporting of data in the HR MIS system, ResourceLink

Educational Requirements

โ€ข3 year degree or equivalent diploma in HR and/or Industrial Psychology advantageous
โ€ขPsychometrist registration advantageous
