The Graduate in Training (GIT) Programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the renewable energy sector. The programme offers a structured, fast-paced and rotational learning environment, allowing graduates to gain exposure to different areas of the business.
Graduates will work closely with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and actively contribute to Pele Energy Group’s strategic and operational objectives while developing both technical and soft skills.
